• Due to the nature of DIY products, all sales of DIY circuit boards are final and non-refundable.

• No returns, replacements, or refunds will be issued for improper assembly, incorrect component selection, or damage during soldering.

 

2. Completed Guitar Pedals and Effects

For fully assembled guitar pedals and effects, I take great care in ensuring each unit is tested before shipping to guarantee proper functionality. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival, I will offer a full refund or a direct replacement once the item is returned.

 

Return Policy for Completed Pedals:

• 14-Day Return Window: You may return a completed pedal within 14 days of receiving it.

• Shipping Costs: If the product is defective, I will cover return shipping. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Condition of Returned Item: The pedal must be returned in its original condition with all included packaging and accessories.
